Win11 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the win11 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the win11 platform.

3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the win11 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). win11 accepts deposits via approved local payment methods, including internet banking transfers via FPX and supported e-wallets. Deposits are processed upon confirmation received from the payment service provider.

Withdrawals are subject to account verification and may require varying processing times depending on the chosen method. win11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their bank account or e-wallet details are accurate. win11 is not liable for any transfer delays or failures resulting from incorrect information provided by the user. All transaction dispute claims must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant transaction date.

Users agree to use the win11 platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using your account for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
• Sharing content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.

Win11 reserves the right to monitor platform activity to ensure compliance with these terms. Violations may result in immediate action, including account suspension, membership termination, or reporting to the relevant authorities.
